Hospitals and groups
Run one international desk across every hospital in the group, with each hospital's patients kept to its own team.
CrossCares runs the international patient desk for hospitals and hospital groups. Enquiries, doctors' opinions, estimates, visa letters, airport pickups and treatment all sit on one case, and patients talk to your team on WhatsApp or Telegram in their own language.

Every case moves forward through the same stages, and each one up to arrival has a clock. While your team waits on a patient's reports the clock pauses, so a case marked overdue really is overdue.
01A message on WhatsApp or Telegram opens a case and lands with a coordinator.
Clock · 1 day
02Doctors read the reports and scans and write a treatment plan, with a second option when there is one.
Clock · 5 days, paused for records
03The cost goes to the patient in their own currency, at a rate fixed for the month.
Clock · 3 days
04Passport in, invitation letter out in the patient's language, then the flight details.
Clock · 14 days for the visa
05The travel desk books the airport pickup and confirms the patient has landed.

06The case stays open through admission and discharge, and the employer or insurer follows it in their own portal.

WhatsApp and Telegram conversations arrive in one inbox, filed on the right patient's case. The patient picks the channel, and your team answers from the same screen where the case lives.

A letter follows the patient's language, whatever language the coordinator works in. A coordinator in Bengaluru writing to a patient in Dubai produces an Arabic visa letter, estimate and invoice, as a PDF ready to send.
A letter with an empty field is stopped before it reaches a patient or an embassy. Agent commissions are worked out on the plan the patient accepted, in USD.
CrossCares coordinates the case around the treatment. The clinical work stays with your doctors and your hospital's own systems.

Each person sees the part of the case that belongs to them, in a portal built for their job.

Run one international desk across every hospital in the group, with each hospital's patients kept to its own team.

Work the inbox, move cases forward, issue letters and book airport pickups.

A queue of cases waiting for an opinion, with the reports and scans already attached.

Refer patients, follow their cases and see the commission earned, as a percentage or a fixed fee.

Approve treatment, keep spending under a cap and follow each case they pay for.

Updates on their own channel, in their own language, with nothing to install.
Every hospital group gets its own database. CrossCares runs in our cloud, in your group's AWS account or in a single hospital's, and we manage it the same way in all three.
Hosted and run by us. The quickest way to start.
Runs inside the chain's own account, under your own security policies.

Partner hotels near the hospital, with physiotherapy and nursing booked on the case.
Doctor and patient speak their own languages. Arabic and Russian come first.
The doctor clears the patient to travel, and the records go home with them.
Click-to-WhatsApp ads land in the same inbox, so you can see which campaign brought each patient.
Bring one of your own cases to the demo and we'll walk it through CrossCares, stage by stage.
